Weather happens. Bulbs fail, wind moves things, a timer gets bumped. What separates a professional installation from a weekend project is what happens next. Every display we install is maintained for the entire season at no additional cost.
If a light goes out or something needs adjusting, you contact us and we come fix it.
Maintenance is included in your original price for the full season — there is no service call fee and no per-visit charge for failures in the system we installed. Most repairs are handled within a couple of business days, and commercial properties get priority scheduling because a dark storefront costs money.
