The track is fastened along the fascia or under the eave and color-matched to your trim, so in daylight the system reads as part of the house. At night each LED point can be set individually, which is what lets one system be a classic warm-white roofline in October, a red-and-green Christmas display in December and a soft accent light for the rest of the year. Everything is installed by our own crews to the same standard as our seasonal work.
Most homeowners come to permanent outdoor lighting after a few seasons of loving their display and hating the six-week limit. Permanent roofline lighting keeps the clean architectural lines of a professional Christmas install and simply leaves them there — ready whenever you are, with nothing to store.

A slim channel is mounted tight under the eave and color-matched to your trim or gutter. From the street, your home looks exactly the way it does today.

Each LED point is addressable, so the same roofline can run warm white, red and green, orange, or your team's colors — one bulb at a time if you want.

A seasonal install is still the right call for a lot of homes — especially when the display is really about wrapped trees, lit garland, second-story wreaths and walkway lighting, or when you like changing the look every year.
Permanent lighting makes the most sense when you want your rooflines lit well beyond December and you never want to think about hanging anything again. Many customers do both: a permanent roofline system plus seasonal greenery and landscape lighting each Christmas.
